The Founder
Reema Lalan
Reema brings with her over 15 years’ experience in recruitments, of which last 7 years have been into Leadership Hiring
for BFSI & Technology industry.
She has proven expertise in building leadership teams for start-ups and managing entire spectrum from sourcing to
joining. She has also successfully placed CXOs with large organizations.
In her last role, she worked with Options Group, an international executive search firm for over 5 years, looking after
leadership roles for consumer & commercial finance, fintech firms and global capital markets. She managed the top key
BFSI clients at Options Group India, and was responsible for end to end delivery of all projects, along with active client
engagement.
Prior to this, Reema brings an experience of 10 years into recruitment, business development & client engagement,
mostly into Financial Services.
